We are looking for an experienced Vice President or Director of Finance to lead financial planning and analysis efforts within our organization. This role is pivotal in shaping financial strategies and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making across a portfolio of investments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking, along with expertise in capital structures, mergers and acquisitions, and financial forecasting.

Job Responsibility:
