We're seeking a Vice President, Operations to lead our rapidly expanding West region, encompassing airports through the Mountain West, along the West Coast, up to Alaska and out to Hawaii. Reporting into CLEAR’s EVP Operations, this position will drive and uphold operational and customer service excellence, grow the business and inspire a team of 1,000+ front-line members. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, and exciting role that requires a can-do person who works with both autonomy and efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Own the day-to-day multi unit operations at our airports in the Mountain West, Pacific Northwest, California, Alaska and Hawaii
Deliver on KPIs including security performance, member satisfaction (Net Promoter Score), sales (Clear Happiness), and people (employee satisfaction)
Establish deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Further expand and develop the business in existing and new sites within your geography
Champion the company culture, ethics, diversity, and values throughout the field organization
Oversee a team of Regional Directors and General Managers
Partner with key internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes in training, people strategy, compliance and member experience
Recruit, develop, train and retain talent throughout the field operations organization
Requirements:
Business operations leader with 10-15+ years experience
Leadership of geographically disparate teams in a high volume, 24/7/365 environment
P&L Management experience including forecasting, managing sales goals
Customer optimization experience with Net Promoter Score and employee satisfaction
Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and exercise rapid business judgment
Experience building strong sales and service cultures and managing performance
Strong personal credibility to build trusted relationships
Highly collaborative and a superior communicator
Must be based in SFO or LAX and able to travel up to 75% of the time
