Full business and commercial (P&L) responsibility for the Traffic Enforcement product range
Development and implementation of international sales and go-to-market strategy
Creating and maintaining a sales and marketing roadmap
Preparing and delivering presentations at senior management and board level
Fulfillment of the business plan
Leading complex, high-value international negotiations (law enforcement, state and local government organizations, and local integrator partners/main contractors)
A clear, credible and strong market representation of the Traffic Enforcement product range
Close cooperation with development and production areas
Translating market and customer feedback into strategic and product priorities
Requirements
Senior sales management experience in Traffic Enforcement / ANPR / ITS / Public Safety / GovTech
High level presentation and persuasion skills (senior management, board level)
Balance of strategic thinking and execution discipline
Roadmap-level planning and implementation experience
Outstanding negotiation competence in an international, institutional environment
Strong business independence, decision-making ability and responsibility
The ability to consistently and authentically represent a product segment/brand internationally
Confident English language skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
