Job Responsibility

  • Full business and commercial (P&L) responsibility for the Traffic Enforcement product range
  • Development and implementation of international sales and go-to-market strategy
  • Creating and maintaining a sales and marketing roadmap
  • Preparing and delivering presentations at senior management and board level
  • Fulfillment of the business plan
  • Leading complex, high-value international negotiations (law enforcement, state and local government organizations, and local integrator partners/main contractors)
  • A clear, credible and strong market representation of the Traffic Enforcement product range
  • Close cooperation with development and production areas
  • Translating market and customer feedback into strategic and product priorities

Requirements

  • Senior sales management experience in Traffic Enforcement / ANPR / ITS / Public Safety / GovTech
  • High level presentation and persuasion skills (senior management, board level)
  • Balance of strategic thinking and execution discipline
  • Roadmap-level planning and implementation experience
  • Outstanding negotiation competence in an international, institutional environment
  • Strong business independence, decision-making ability and responsibility
  • The ability to consistently and authentically represent a product segment/brand internationally
  • Confident English language skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
