Translate data insights into actionable campaign decisions, connecting analytics with creative execution
Partner cross-functionally with product and technology teams to improve digital experience
Shape the consumer journey end-to-end, including UX, form flow, and conversion optimization
Contribute to building a centralized, scalable marketing structure for long-term growth
Requirements:
Hands-on digital marketing experience specifically within cash-pay telehealth — including acquisition funnels, conversion metrics, and performance optimization
Highly data literate, able to analyze performance metrics and filter out “agency noise”
Strong technical marketing background, including vendor oversight, funnel optimization, mobile UX, and digital product mapping
Experience in digital innovation agencies, growth-stage tech, health, or telehealth brands preferred
Deep understanding of consumer acquisition, lead gen, and cash-pay telehealth conversion metrics

self-starter who builds and improves systems proactively
Comfortable operating under KPI-driven expectations (CAC, CPL, conversion rate, retention)
Must have no active non-compete and be willing to sign one upon hire
Nice to have:
Ability to understand or write basic code for analytics or automation is a plus
