Job Description:

The Vice President of Technology Strategy & Enterprise Architecture is a pivotal leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the company’s technology strategy and enterprise architecture. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this role is based in Hyderabad, India, and requires an adept leader with extensive experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and program management. The VP will lead critical initiatives, drive innovation, and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Technology Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with Envoy Global’s business goals and industry trends
  • Enterprise Architecture Management: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with business priorities
  • Program-Level Initiatives: Manage and oversee critical program-level initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Architecture standards and proposed solution architecture
  • Technology and Business Capability Mapping: Develop and maintain technology and business capability maps, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation
  • KPI Assessment: Gather and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) across all implementation areas, including Engineering, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, and IT Infrastructure
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key business and technology stakeholders, executives, and delivery teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture and strategy
  • Extensive experience in managing complex technology initiatives and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to team management
