Job Description:

The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will lead the development and execution of high-impact partnerships that support the growth and market leadership of DataTrace. This role focuses on building, negotiating, and managing strategic relationships that expand product capabilities, data coverage, and revenue opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnerships roadmap aligned with DataTrace’s business objectives
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with data providers, technology partners, and strategic clients
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key relationships, ensuring long-term alignment and performance
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, Legal, and Operations to integrate partner solutions and support go-to-market efforts
  • Evaluate partnership performance, financial impact, and ROI
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related leadership roles
  • Proven success negotiating complex commercial or data agreements
  • Experience in data, analytics, technology, real estate, or financial services preferred
  • Strong executive presence, business judgment, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of strategic partnership models, alliance management frameworks, and ecosystem development
  • Knowledge of commercial and data licensing agreements, including revenue-sharing and usage rights
  • Knowledge of data, analytics, and technology markets, with familiarity in real estate and/or financial services ecosystems
