Trinity Hunt Partners is building a platform, Allvia, in the Workforce Services industry, with Melita Group as the foundational investment. THP/Allvia is now seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives who will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and support the company’s strategic priorities. This role will serve as a key partner to both executive leadership and THP’s investment team, responsible for driving strategic projects such as pricing strategy, go-to-market transformation, and cross functional initiatives that materially impact growth, profitability, and value creation. We are seeking someone for this role who shares our entrepreneurial spirit and values building relationships with trust, transparency, and respect.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and support the company’s strategic priorities
  • Serve as a key partner to both executive leadership and THP’s investment team
  • Drive strategic projects such as pricing strategy, go-to-market transformation, and cross functional initiatives that materially impact growth, profitability, and value creation

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of professional experience, including broad business experience and specific ownership of strategic projects
  • Ideal candidates will have private equity experience
  • Track record of successfully managing cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver measurable results
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills, including pricing analysis, GTM optimization, operational excellence, and performance measurement
  • Ability to diagnose complex problems, develop a structured project plan, and engage diverse stakeholders to achieve measurable results
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, KPI frameworks, and performance dashboards
