Job Responsibility:
Lead U.S. sales strategy and execution
Build and manage executive-level relationships across insurance markets
Develop and close complex, six-figure partnerships
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine go-to-market efforts
Represent the company at key industry events
Requirements:
8+ years of B2B sales experience
4+ years selling into P&C insurance ecosystem (carriers, MGAs/MGUs, agencies)
Strong network and credibility within the insurance ecosystem
Proven success closing $100K+ enterprise deals
Comfortable selling SaaS or tech-enabled solutions
