Reporting to the President and COO, the Vice President of Sales is responsible for architecting and scaling Nuuvia’s national revenue strategy. This executive owns sales performance, pipeline predictability, bookings and revenue attainment, and team development across the U.S. financial institution market. This is a revenue leadership role with full accountability for bookings growth, forecasting discipline, sales organization design, and executive-level client engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with multi-year growth targets
Establish disciplined forecasting processes with board-ready reporting and pipeline inspection rigor
Define ideal customer profiles and territory coverage models across community banks and credit unions
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and build executive-level relationships
Design scalable compensation structures and performance management frameworks
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing consultative sales organization
Drive CRM excellence, data-driven pipeline management, and measurable conversion improvement
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure revenue alignment and expansion growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital banking
Demonstrated experience leading and scaling national sales organizations
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in growth-stage environments
Experience selling into community banks and/or credit unions
Strong financial acumen with experience managing quotas and compensation plans
Deep understanding of digital banking buying cycles and enterprise sales motions
