As VP of Sales, you will own the go-to-market strategy and client acquisition in the U.S. and European markets, driving revenue growth and building long-term strategic relationships. Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a go-to-market plan to expand DigiEx’s footprint in U.S. and European markets, targeting high-potential sectors including SaaS, Fintech, AI, Startup, and Digital Transformation
Identify, engage, and close new enterprise clients and high-growth startups, leveraging your network and market insights
Drive consistent revenue growth through a combination of direct sales, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances
Build long-term partnerships by understanding client needs, ensuring delivery excellence, and identifying upsell opportunities
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet aggressive growth targets
Work closely with the CEO, COO, and Delivery teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities
Requirements:
5+ years in B2B sales leadership roles, preferably in tech services, software development, or AI-driven solutions
Deep understanding of U.S. and/or European tech ecosystems, with an established network of decision-makers
Consistent history of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets
Ability to design and execute market-entry and growth strategies
Experience building and managing high-performing, geographically distributed sales teams
Comfortable in a fast-scaling, dynamic environment, with a focus on long-term value creation
