We are seeking a strategic and inspiring Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial performance of our portfolio. This role will guide the strategy, structure, and success of our sales, revenue, and marketing efforts while developing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results. This is a role for a strategic sales executive—someone who understands the business of hotels, the art of hospitality, and how to translate strategy into revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of Marriott-branded and independent destinations.

Requirements:
10+ years in hotel sales leadership, including deep background in complex group, convention, and resort sales and revenue management
Proven success overseeing sales performance across multiple properties within a hotel management company or brand portfolio
Strong familiarity with Marriott systems and brand standards, including working knowledge of tools such as One Yield
Experience leading digital marketing and demand generation strategies within hospitality
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply STR data and competitive market analytics to guide strategy
Strong business acumen and working proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, and commercial reporting tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence teams, collaborate with executives, and develop future leaders
Marriott brand experience is strongly preferred
