We are seeking a strategic and inspiring Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial performance of our portfolio. This role will guide the strategy, structure, and success of our sales, revenue, and marketing efforts while developing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in hotel sales leadership, including deep background in complex group, convention, and resort sales and revenue management
  • Proven success overseeing sales performance across multiple properties within a hotel management company or brand portfolio
  • Strong familiarity with Marriott systems and brand standards, including working knowledge of tools such as One Yield
  • Experience leading digital marketing and demand generation strategies within hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply STR data and competitive market analytics to guide strategy
  • Strong business acumen and working proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, and commercial reporting tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence teams, collaborate with executives, and develop future leaders
  • Marriott brand experience is strongly preferred
