The Vice President of Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving the sales, leasing strategy and execution across DLP real estate products, including park models, homes, apartments and lots.
Job Responsibility:
Lead sales team for park models, home and apartments
Own and execute the enterprise sales strategy across all LivingFully Communities developments, ensuring alignment with revenue targets, absorption schedules, pricing strategy, and brand positioning for park models, homes, apartments, and lots
Design and lead a best-in-class sales training program for the sales organization, including onboarding, product knowledge, customer experience standards, pricing and negotiation discipline, CRM utilization, and performance accountability
Implement sales strategy and execution across each development. Lead sales execution at the asset level, translating overarching strategy into market-specific go-to-market plans, sales pacing, and leasing strategies for each development in partnership with operations, marketing, and asset management
Direct all sales and leasing activities for park models, homes, apartments, and lots across LivingFully Communities, overseeing lead management, tours, contracts, closings, leasing velocity, and customer satisfaction
Build, hire, and scale a high-performing sales organization, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance management, compensation alignment, and succession planning for on-site and regional sales leadership
Establish clear sales KPIs, reporting, and forecasting, providing leadership with accurate pipeline visibility, absorption projections, and data-driven insights to support investment and operational decisions
Lead REO sales on behalf of DLP Lending, managing the disposition strategy, broker relationships, pricing, and execution to maximize recovery value while protecting the DLP brand and customer experience
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within real estate development, homebuilding, residential communities, or related owner/operator environments, with direct accountability for revenue, absorption, and team performance
Proven experience leading sales on behalf of developers and/or homebuilders, including go-to-market strategy, pricing discipline, sales pacing, and execution across multiple communities or developments
Experience in park models and manufactured home sales preferred, including familiarity with buyer profiles, regulatory considerations, financing structures, and community-based sales models
Commercial and land sales experience preferred, with the ability to evaluate, position, and transact complex assets such as lots, pads, and development parcels
Strong operational and financial acumen, with experience using sales metrics, CRM systems, forecasting, and reporting to drive disciplined execution and decision-making
Collaborative leadership style with a track record of partnering effectively with marketing, asset management, operations, and finance teams
