Job Responsibility

  • Set the overall product vision across current and future offerings
  • Establish frameworks for product discovery, validation, prioritization, and long-term planning
  • Align product strategy with business goals and market opportunities
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing optimization
  • Provide leadership and development for the Product Manager and any future product hires
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure consistent roadmap delivery
  • Build repeatable processes for experimentation and the use of data in decision making
  • Act as the primary product representative within the leadership group
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, operations, and tribal stakeholders to drive alignment
  • Navigate vendor relationships, integrations, and third-party partnerships tied to product needs
  • Define product success metrics and reporting structures
  • Translate insights from player behavior and market research into product improvements
  • Promote a data informed culture within the team and across collaborators
  • Help shape a culture that values creativity, accountability, and clear communication
  • Advocate for product needs within operational and budget planning
  • Ensure consistent communication with executives and internal partners about priorities and progress

Requirements

  • Strong background leading product teams in iGaming, mobile gaming, casino gaming, or social gaming
  • Experience scaling product processes in a developing or growth environment
  • Knowledge of regulated gaming and tribal gaming preferred or the ability to ramp quickly
  • Deep understanding of player behavior, gaming trends, and core product mechanics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and cross functional groups
  • Proven success setting product strategy and leading teams through complex initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, game design, or related field
  • Seven or more years of product management experience with leadership responsibility
  • Experience managing product managers and cross functional partners
  • Comfort with analytics tools, testing frameworks, and KPI driven product decisions
