Mirakl is seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Product Marketing to define the function, energize teams, and scale a world-class global product marketing organization. In this pivotal leadership role, you will set the vision for product marketing at Mirakl, build and mentor a high-performing team, and partner closely with product, sales, and customer success to drive impact across the business. You will own our go-to-market strategy, product positioning and messaging, analyst relations, and the overall success of how our suite of solutions is brought to market. The ideal candidate brings deep B2B SaaS experience, a strong grasp of eCommerce, and AI-driven platforms, and a proven ability to translate complex products into compelling stories that accelerate growth.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute Mirakl’s global product marketing strategy, owning product positioning, messaging, pricing inputs, and the end-to-end go-to-market plan (launches and sustained growth)
Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and consistently communicates a strong product story across all marketing channels to drive market demand
Lead, mentor, and scale the product marketing team, setting a high bar for collaboration, innovation, and execution excellence
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing (growth/content/corporate/demand gen/regional) to ensure aligned strategies, consistent positioning, and strong field enablement to drive sales
Drive market and customer insight (research, competitive analysis, customer relationships, testimonials/case studies) to sharpen differentiation and inform roadmap and messaging
Elevate market presence and performance through analyst relations and data-driven measurement, optimizing campaigns and initiatives based on clear KPIs and impact on awareness, engagement, and pipeline
Requirements:
7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, AI or technology, ideally in eCommerce-related contexts
Proven ability to define and lead go-to-market strategy for complex multi-product suite (positioning, messaging, launches, adoption)
Demonstrated people leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with sound judgment and structured problem-solving
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
Full professional proficiency in English and French is a big plus
