Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President of Procurement to oversee procurement and facilities operations for our organization in Dallas, Texas. This executive role demands expertise in sourcing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud solutions, and services requiring attention to detail, along with managing corporate facilities across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will lead procurement initiatives, optimize vendor relationships, and ensure seamless facilities management while driving measurable results aligned with company goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with the organization’s financial and operational objectives
  • Lead sourcing efforts for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, consulting, and managed services
  • Establish vendor programs, category strategies, and multi-year sourcing plans
  • Conduct complex negotiations for high-value software and services contracts
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure contracts meet compliance, risk, and financial standards
  • Oversee vendor lifecycle management, including RFP processes, contract renewals, and performance evaluations
  • Manage facilities operations, including real estate strategy, leases, and space planning across multiple locations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum of 12 years’ progressive leadership experience in procurement, particularly with software and specialized services
  • Proven expertise in managing vendor relationships and negotiating complex contracts
  • Experience overseeing or collaborating with facilities management
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver measurable cost savings
  • Excellent communication and executive leadership skills
