The Vice President, People will serve as a key member of Campus’s executive leadership team and a strategic architect of the company’s next phase of growth. This role is both visionary and operational; responsible for shaping the long-term people strategy that enables scale, drives performance, and deepens cultural impact across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Drive organizational performance by refining and executing a comprehensive talent and performance strategy
Forecast and shape workforce strategy through proactive planning, organizational design, and succession initiatives
Elevate culture and engagement by designing programs that strengthen belonging, purpose, and connection
Lead change and transformation by driving alignment, communication, and adoption across major organizational initiatives
Optimize people operations by overseeing HR systems, benefits, compliance, and total rewards with a focus on automation, scalability, and data-driven decision-making
Design scalable processes that balance operational rigor with a people-first philosophy
Advise and influence leadership as a trusted partner to the CEO, CLO, and executive team on organizational health and talent strategies
Inspire and mentor a high-performing People team
Requirements:
10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
