Job Description

The Vice President, People will serve as a key member of Campus’s executive leadership team and a strategic architect of the company’s next phase of growth. This role is both visionary and operational; responsible for shaping the long-term people strategy that enables scale, drives performance, and deepens cultural impact across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • 5+ years in a senior/executive role
  • experience covering multi-site, operationally complex businesses (tech, hospitality, services, or retail preferred)
  • proven track record of leading and scaling people functions in a dynamic and fast-growing organization
  • strong background in performance management, workforce planning, HR operations, and culture/engagement initiatives
  • skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • exceptional business acumen, data orientation, and ability to influence at the executive level
