We’re working with an AI product valued at over $1B and fresh off the back of a $100M series A, building the foundation for enterprise-grade, transparent, and trustworthy AI. Their technology powers leading global organizations across industries such as finance, healthcare, and life sciences, helping teams build, train, and deploy AI models with speed, accuracy, and control. As they continue their rapid expansion, they’re seeking a Vice President of People to lead and scale the global People function, shaping the culture, talent, and organizational design needed for the next phase of growth.
Job Responsibility:
Build and execute a global people and culture strategy, aligning people initiatives with business goals
Lead all aspects of talent acquisition, development, and retention, ensuring scalable, diverse, and inclusive hiring practices
Design and implement total rewards programs, compensation structures, and performance management frameworks
Drive leadership development and succession planning to cultivate high-performing teams
Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, advising on organizational design, culture, and workforce planning
Leverage people analytics and data-driven insights to measure engagement, productivity, and impact
Champion inclusion and belonging across all levels of the organization
Requirements:
10–15+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience
at least 3 years in a VP or equivalent role
proven experience scaling organizations through hypergrowth (ideally in tech, AI, or SaaS)
strong background in global HR operations, total rewards, talent management, and leadership development
data-driven, strategic, and capable of driving impact in fast-paced, high-change environments
excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a pragmatic, collaborative approach
