Robert Half seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Operations to lead and scale our clients operational engine. This executive leader will oversee end-to-end operations, including back office administrative functions, customer service, call center operations, contract negotiations, fulfillment, and continuous process improvement. As a key partner to the executive team, the VP of Operations will also drive high-impact special projects that support growth, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Provide executive oversight of all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals
Lead customer service and call center teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences while optimizing performance metrics
Ensure seamless administrative operations and fulfillment processes that support both internal teams and external partners
Lead and support contract negotiations with vendors, partners, and service providers to drive value and mitigate risk
Identify, design, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
Partner closely with the executive leadership team on cross-functional initiatives and special projects critical to the company’s growth and transformation
Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track operational success and inform executive decision-making
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role (VP, Head of Operations, or equivalent)
Strong background overseeing vendor relations, contract management, customer service, call center operations, and fulfillment at scale
Demonstrated success leading process improvement and operational transformation initiatives
Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and drive measurable results
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working closely with executive leadership and influencing at the highest levels
