Be the leader who takes Thysse's production team to the next level. Thysse (tie • see) is a third-generation, family-owned commercial printer and brand experience provider located in Oregon, WI, just 15 minutes south of Madison. Our team of 100+ employees take pride in doing excellent work — and we're looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead the production side of that work. This is a senior leadership role with real scope and real accountability. You'll own end-to-end production across Preflight/Color Science, Print Production, Wide Format, and Production Planning — and you'll sit on the Executive Leadership Team, partnering directly with the President and your VP peers to shape the direction of the company. If you're an experienced operations leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, knows how to build and develop teams, and is looking for a place to leave a lasting mark, we'd like to talk. The Opportunity: You'll step into a company with strong roots, a great team, and room to grow. In your first 90–120 days, you'll invest in getting to know the team, the systems, and the workflows that drive our production. From there, you'll partner with the President and leadership team to identify opportunities to strengthen and grow our operations infrastructure as the business scales.
