We are partnering with a B2B AI company headquartered in the San Francisco Area that builds AI agents for staffing firms, insurance companies, and government organizations. They have a proven track record of building products with market fit and are now focused on aggressive growth in the staffing industry. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own marketing at a company with real momentum and meaningful equity upside. The marketing function is being rebuilt with a lean, output-first approach. You'll inherit a small team and have the budget and autonomy to build it right.
Job Responsibility:
Define positioning and messaging
Build and run demand generation campaigns
Launch campaigns and begin generating qualified pipeline
Create and own the marketing operating system
Produce sales-ready collateral
Work directly with the CEO and sales team
Measure what matters
Assess the existing team and recommend next hires
Requirements:
Proven hands-on demand generation experience
Startup experience required
Strong B2B positioning and messaging skills
Demonstrated ability to create qualified pipeline
Player-coach experience
Bay Area local with ability to work from office at least 2 days per week
Nice to have:
Experience with ABM
Executive-level demand generation
Category creation

Scale-up or enterprise software background
Experience in vertical B2B markets with operational or C-suite buyers
