Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a comprehensive IT operations strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals
Create detailed roadmaps for infrastructure, service management, and store systems to support organizational objectives
Collaborate with executive leaders to ensure IT readiness for business growth and expansion
Oversee the management of enterprise-wide infrastructure services, including cloud platforms, data centers, networks, and retail systems
Ensure consistent uptime and performance across all production environments, particularly during peak retail periods
Drive the adoption of service management frameworks to enhance incident, change, and problem resolution processes
Lead the transformation of service desk operations, incorporating automation and self-service capabilities
Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering skill development in areas such as cloud operations, automation, and field support
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met to deliver measurable outcomes
Optimize operational budgets, balancing capital and operational expenses while driving efficiency across IT operations
Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT operations leadership roles
Proven expertise in managing infrastructure services, including cloud environments, networks, and enterprise systems
Strong knowledge of service management practices and frameworks such as ITIL
Experience in overseeing Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms and retail system operations
Ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on skill-building and succession planning
Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with service agreements
Strategic financial management experience, including budget planning and optimization
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with executive leaders and cross-functional teams
