Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to lead and unify enterprise IT support operations across a multi-site organization. This executive role is responsible for building a centralized, high-performing IT support function that delivers reliable, secure, and user-focused services aligned with business and cybersecurity priorities.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the integration of multiple IT support teams into a unified enterprise support organization
  • Develop and execute an IT Support Services strategy aligned with operational and cybersecurity goals
  • Implement and mature IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, including incident, request, problem, change, and knowledge management
  • Ensure reliable 24x7x365 IT support operations across all locations
  • Monitor service levels, SLAs, operational metrics, and user experience to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead, mentor, and develop IT support leaders and staff, fostering accountability and service excellence
  • Establish and maintain enterprise-wide technology training and user education programs
  • Partner closely with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to embed security and risk mitigation into support workflows

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise support operations
  • Proven experience leading large, distributed IT support organizations
