The Vice President of Industrial Storage for the state of Texas is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance of the company’s industrial storage portfolio across the region. This executive will lead business development, asset management, and operational teams to maximize value, expand market presence, and ensure best-in-class service delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for industrial storage operations across Texas
Identify market opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and new developments
Align regional initiatives with overall corporate objectives and long-term vision
Oversee day-to-day operations of industrial storage facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance
Implement best practices in logistics, storage optimization, and asset utilization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency
Own full P&L responsibility for the Texas industrial storage portfolio
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures
Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners
Lead negotiations for major contracts, leases, and service agreements
Expand customer base across industries such as manufacturing, energy, logistics, and distribution
Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing regional teams
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
Provide mentorship and succession planning for future leaders
Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards
Mitigate operational and financial risks through proactive planning and controls
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of leadership experience in industrial storage, logistics, warehousing, or related sectors
Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering strong financial results
Deep understanding of the Texas industrial and logistics market
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with capital projects, acquisitions, and integration is highly desirable
