Our agency is partnered with a high‑growth, performance‑driven organization seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and compliance. This role is ideal for a strategic HR executive who has led people operations and thrives in a metrics‑focused, accountability‑based environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive work environment
  • Lead the design and execution of compensation, benefits, and reward programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, onboarding processes, and career development programs
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and performance management systems
  • Ensure compliance with workers’ compensation regulations and manage related processes effectively
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with long-term business goals
