This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and compliance. Job Responsibility:
Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive work environment
Lead the design and execution of compensation, benefits, and reward programs to attract and retain top talent
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, onboarding processes, and career development programs
Drive organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and performance management systems
Ensure compliance with workers’ compensation regulations and manage related processes effectively
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with long-term business goals
Guide the learning and development process to enhance employee skills and organizational growth
Provide strategic direction for HR operations, including terminations and workforce planning
Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to ensure continuous improvement in processes and outcomes
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Proven success supporting 200+ onsite employees
Strong background in investigations, performance management, and leadership development
Experience within high‑growth, performance‑based environments
Ability to design and implement effective onboarding and career development programs
Experience in strategic planning and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and build relationships
Proficiency in analyzing HR data and metrics to inform decision-making
