We are partnering with a high-growth, technology-driven organization to identify a VP of Human Resources to lead and scale the HR function during a critical phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to step into a true player-coach role-owning HR strategy while remaining deeply hands-on across recruiting, talent management, and day-to-day operations. This individual will serve as the senior HR leader on-site and a key partner to executive leadership.
Job Responsibility
Lead and optimize end-to-end recruiting, with a focus on building strong pipelines across business-critical functions
Own and enhance performance management, compensation cycles, and promotion frameworks
Build and scale manager training and development programs
Drive HR operations, including systems, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
Serve as a cultural leader, helping shape a high-performance, fast-paced environment
Partner closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business growth
Requirements
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
Strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition, ideally across sales and/or technical functions
Experience building or improving performance management and compensation programs
Comfortable operating as a hands-on leader in a lean, high-growth environment
Tech-forward mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and tools to drive efficiency
Prior experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced environments preferred
