Requirements

15+ years of experience in finance within a multinational corporation, preferably in the retail or apparel industry
Proven ability to manage and lead large, diverse teams
Expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Japanese GAAP, as well as Japanese tax law
Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to present effectively
Experience working with sophisticated ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
A strong track record of success in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting

Job Responsibility

Lead the entire finance function, including FP&A, General Accounting, Retail Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams
