You will lead an engineering organization that builds the data, analytics, and modeling infrastructure that powers every Radix product. You will work at the intersection of data, AI, software and user experience, guiding teams that turn massive market signals into clear intelligence for the entire multifamily industry.

Job Responsibility:

Shape and deliver a long-term technical strategy
Design and deliver production grade AI and ML systems end to end
Guide the evolution of Radix’s core platform
Build and scale a world class engineering organization
Architect secure and compliant data pipelines and APIs
Create sophisticated retrieval of augmented generation capabilities
Define the operating model and role clarity for ML Engineering, Applied Science and Data Science teams
Create engineering processes and systems that support both rapid iteration and long-term architectural integrity
Drive execution of the product roadmap through strong alignment with Product, Design and Data
Establish technical direction, architectural standards and engineering practices
Translate emerging AI research into practical, production-ready solutions
Lead the evolution of Radix’s modern SaaS infrastructure including CI or CD, containerization, cloud native architectures, GPU orchestration and cost optimization for AI systems
Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talent
Define and meet outcome-driven performance targets for accuracy, latency and reliability

Requirements:

Led engineering teams in high growth environments
Delivered production grade AI and ML systems end to end
Hands on experience with agentic AI systems including orchestration frameworks, multi agent workflows and safety guardrails
Skilled at architecting secure and compliant data platforms that support large AI workloads and enforce governance, privacy and access controls
Strong fluency in retrieval augmented generation and know how to build retrieval and embedding systems
Enjoy being hands on and can dive into complex technical problems
Deep engineering judgment and can evaluate tradeoffs between speed, quality and scalability
Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams that deliver high impact products
Leadership style grounded in presence, process, communication and accountability
Thrive in ambiguity yet know how to create structure and clarity
Genuine passion for technology, innovation and building platforms
Proven track record of improving delivery speed through process improvement, capacity planning and performance monitoring
Remain curious and research driven and consistently translate emerging AI advancements into practical solutions
Think like a product partner and focus on delivering AI powered features
Comfortable defining and meeting strict SLAs for accuracy, reliability and latency
