Job Description:

HPE is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Digital Transformation to lead post-merger enterprise transformation efforts for the integration of the Juniper Networking business. This pivotal role will drive simplification, digitalization, and value realization across key value streams that support the combined networking business.

Job Responsibility:

Define and evaluate key value streams, analyzing costs, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement
develop roadmaps for transformation
identify areas for process automation and digital enablement to streamline operations and improve outcomes
establish and manage HPE's transformation operating model, including metrics, charters, decision rights, and RACI frameworks
track, report, and ensure integration synergies are implemented on time and under budget
partner with IT, Operations, and Business teams to align strategies and drive execution
build and lead a high-performing team to drive transformation initiatives

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, integration management, or operational excellence
proven ability to translate business priorities into technology solutions, including automation and analytics
expertise in process design, value stream mapping, and digital transformation strategies
strong leadership, executive presence, and communication skills
track record of managing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
skilled in project management and business case development
