We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (Spanish/English) Vice President of Aviation Sales to lead and scale our Aviation Department. This is a high-impact role based in El Segundo, overseeing a team of 7 and driving strategic revenue growth across key aviation markets.
Job Responsibility
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 sales professionals to exceed revenue targets
Drive sales strategy, forecasting, and execution across aviation/aerospace accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry partners
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives and budget planning
Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and performance metrics to ensure targets are met
Partner cross-functionally with operations and warehouse teams (Cerritos) to ensure seamless delivery
Requirements
Fluent in Japanese and English (required)
8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in aviation, aerospace, or related industry
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L oversight
Exceptional client relationship and negotiation skills
Hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and tactically
Bachelor’s degree required
