Job Description:

The Vice President Network Optimization is accountable for maximizing the performance, profitability, and commercial integrity of the network-based distribution channel in addition to other applicable ‘paths to market’ within the EEMEA Services organization. The role leads revenue management and assurance initiatives that strengthen monetization, enhance yield and improve the overall efficiency of the various G2M distribution channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Revenue Management & Assurance – Lead the design and execution of a revenue management and assurance framework
  • GTM Governance & Execution – Lead GTM governance and roadmap planning for all network-based distribution initiatives
  • Network Performance Optimization – Analyze the network portfolio’s performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Insights – Develop and maintain performance dashboards providing end-to-end visibility into network usage, revenue realization, and yield metrics
  • Leadership & People Management – Experienced leader with a track record of developing high-performing analytical and commercialization teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years in Commercial Strategy, Pricing or Revenue Operations ideally in Fintech, SaaS or Platform businesses
  • Strategic & Commercial Acumen – Proven experience leading revenue management, assurance, and go-to-market governance in payments, fintech, or large-scale networked businesses
  • Analytical & Quantitative Strength – Advanced proficiency in data analysis, portfolio analytics, and business case modeling
