The Vice President MRO oversees full P&L, operational excellence, and strategic direction for the MRO Singapore Business Unit. This leader drives growth through continuous improvement, product development, market expansion, and M&A execution. A high?impact role for an experienced aviation leader ready to scale a mission?critical business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead all business functions including operations, sales, engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, HR, and customer service
  • Deliver full P&L results, drive lean manufacturing excellence, and strengthen product development and planning processes
  • Develop talent, enhance cross?regional alignment, and ensure strategic execution to meet growth and cost?performance goals

Requirements:

  • 10+ years leadership experience with direct P&L ownership, including senior roles in aerospace and preferably 3rd?party MRO
  • Strong financial acumen, proven strategic planning capability, and deep experience in lean, operations, and engineering leadership
  • Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, project management, and the ability to lead teams under pressure
