Develop and lead the global downstream marketing strategy for all solutions and specialties in alignment with corporate objectives
Own market performance, launch impact, and customer feedback to derive strategies, resource allocation, and investment decisions
Ensure cross-functional alignment to achieve revenue, adoption, and brand objectives
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the global Veterinary Business Unit, including growth strategy, positioning, and commercial execution
Oversee the global execution of marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring consistent branding and communication strategies
Manage the marketing budget and performance tracking, including the use of data-driven analytics and modern tools (e.g., AI)
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing team while establishing agile ways of working
Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders and functions, ensuring compliance, training initiatives, and development of KOL networks
Requirements
Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
Extensive leadership experience (15+ years) in marketing or commercial roles, including at least 5 years in senior leadership with team responsibility
Proven track record in global marketing leadership and driving sustained commercial success
Experience in international collaboration with regions and markets to achieve revenue and KPI targets
Demonstrated success in product launches and experience with complex products and systems
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, including market insights, performance measurement, and marketing ROI
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level, with experience in team development
High digital affinity (including AI), strong expertise in go-to-market strategies and marketing execution, and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
