Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required
MBA or professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are strongly preferred
15+ years of progressive financial experience, including demonstrated success in treasury, banking, and M& A leadership
Proven track record of leading financial operations in global companies, particularly in manufacturing and distribution industries
Solid understanding of international financial compliance, including GAAP, IFRS, cross-border tax, and transfer pricing
Expertise in managing global treasury operations and cash flow management across multiple currencies
Significant experience with all stages of M& A processes, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and integration

Job Responsibility

Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, including identifying opportunities to optimize operations and reduce costs
Oversee treasury management, including cash flow optimization, liquidity planning, and vendor payment processes
Serve as the point of contact for global banking relationships, ensuring favorable terms and optimizing credit, lending, and debt agreements
Implement FX hedging strategies and other financial tools to mitigate currency exchange risks across international operations
Lead the financial evaluation of M& A opportunities, including valuation modeling, synergies forecasting, and integration planning
Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessment for potential acquisitions or partnerships
Support post-merger planning and execution, ensuring financial alignment throughout the integration process
Manage financial operations across Asia and the U.S., ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, including tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS
