Arcadia is building a direct-to–Life Sciences commercial function as a strategic growth pillar of the company. The Vice President, Life Sciences Sales will be the founding direct seller, responsible for originating, shaping, and closing enterprise relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. This is a true end-to-end commercial role. You will hunt for new opportunities, leverage your network, lead senior-level discovery conversations, scope and price solutions, negotiate contracts, and partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction. This role is designed for a senior life sciences seller with deep fluency in data, analytics, and evidence-based solutions—someone who understands how pharma organizations buy across the development lifecycle and who wants to build, not inherit, a book of business, a sales motion, and ultimately a sales organization.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience selling into pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology companies
Demonstrated success selling data-, analytics-, or evidence-driven solutions (RWD, RWE/HEOR, clinical analytics, or adjacent offerings)
Proven track record closing complex, consultative deals end to end
Deep understanding of pharma buying dynamics, including budgeting cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making
Experience working cross-functionally with product, analytics, delivery, legal, and finance teams
Strong executive presence, commercial judgment, and comfort operating in build-mode environments
Nice to have:
Prior experience scaling a new product line or commercial function
Existing senior pharma relationships that can accelerate early pipeline development
