Job Description

An exciting opportunity to support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services as a Vice President, within the CME sector. They will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, organisation and mentoring to Associates and Analysts in the team.

Job Responsibility

  • Work as directed by the Managing Directors and Directors to develop and grow the Industrials & Services sector coverage business in Europe
  • Assist with origination and execution of transactions for target clients across relevant products, e.g. Advisory, Debt and Equity Capital Markets
  • Manage work flow and outputs of Associates and Analysts

Requirements

  • Previous Investment Banking CME sector coverage experience
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic and professional work ethic
  • Sound judgement with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork approach with colleagues
  • Knowledge of Investment Banking services and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs
  • Understanding of valuation techniques standard in industry
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Investment banking experience or equivalent
  • Teamwork approach with colleagues and willingness to mentor and teach junior team members
