Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Vice President to lead transactions and client engagement across our DACH & Nordics Hotels & Hospitality Capital Markets business. Based in Munich (full-time, permanent), you will work on high-profile projects, advise leading investors, and shape investment strategies in a fast-paced, cross-border environment. Travel within Europe will be required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the preparation and execution of hotel sale assignments, pitches, and client proposals
  • Develop and apply advanced financial models to assess strategic alternatives and capital structures
  • Manage virtual data rooms, investment memorandums, and marketing deliverables
  • Analyse market data, monitor financial trends, and prepare high-quality client presentations
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with investors, operators, and partners
  • Represent JLL at major industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
  • Collaborate across regional and global JLL teams to deliver seamless cross-border solutions
  • Manage direct reports and mentor junior team members to support professional growth
  • Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative culture within the DACH and wider EMEA teams
  • Maintain accurate records in JLL’s CRM and research databases
  • Undertake site visits and property inspections with clients and investors

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Hotel Management or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel real estate, hospitality investment or a related capital markets field
  • Outstanding academic and professional achievement
  • Exceptional financial modelling, analytical and market research skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong team orientation and leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a diverse and fast-paced environment
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills to interact with external and internal stakeholders including senior management
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Track record of initiative, analytical excellence, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
