Requirements
Expert understanding of power market dynamics, pricing mechanisms, and numerical analysis
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and trading analytics tools
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership presence with proven ability to influence at all organizational levels
Cultural agility and excellent interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, complex environments
