Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end relationships with one or more of Mastercard's most strategic global partners, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of accountability
  • Structure, negotiate, and manage complex payments partnerships spanning acceptance, co-brand and issuing, and payments data and services, ensuring commercial, strategic, and operational alignment
  • Drive Mastercard's global go-to-market strategy with partners across the full portfolio of products and services
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities, assessing both strategic fit and economic impact
  • Co-innovate with partners to develop new product propositions in close collaboration with Mastercard product, engineering, and innovation teams
  • Represent partner and market perspectives internally, including with senior executives, influencing roadmap priorities and investment decisions
  • Lead all aspects of customer proposals and deal development, including business case development, commercial structuring, negotiations, and contracting, in close collaboration with finance, legal, product, engineering, and regional teams
  • Enable disciplined execution post-deal, ensuring partnerships scale effectively and deliver against strategic and financial objectives.
