Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end relationships with one or more of Mastercard's most strategic global partners, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of accountability
Structure, negotiate, and manage complex payments partnerships spanning acceptance, co-brand and issuing, and payments data and services, ensuring commercial, strategic, and operational alignment
Drive Mastercard's global go-to-market strategy with partners across the full portfolio of products and services
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities, assessing both strategic fit and economic impact
Co-innovate with partners to develop new product propositions in close collaboration with Mastercard product, engineering, and innovation teams
Represent partner and market perspectives internally, including with senior executives, influencing roadmap priorities and investment decisions
Lead all aspects of customer proposals and deal development, including business case development, commercial structuring, negotiations, and contracting, in close collaboration with finance, legal, product, engineering, and regional teams
Enable disciplined execution post-deal, ensuring partnerships scale effectively and deliver against strategic and financial objectives.
Requirements

You're a data-driven problem solver with strong project management and organizational discipline
You have broad familiarity with the global payments landscape and adjacent industries, including trends in agentic commerce, stablecoins, Open Banking, digital payments, and platform-based business models
Bachelor's degree required
advanced degree a plus.
