Vice President, Finance

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Corporate Accounting, Fund Accounting, and Loan Administration departments
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements for all investment funds and corporate entities
• Oversee the accounting and administration of loans and equity investments
• Partner with the Co-CEO & CFO on strategic initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and investor confidence
• Review and sign off on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, providing analysis and commentary to the Board
• Manage corporate cash flow, working capital, and distribution planning
• Collaborate with Tax on efficient and accurate filings and payments, new initiatives or transactions
• Partner with Treasury to design and administer effective cash controls and payment processes
• Ensure accounting polices and procedures are efficient, controlled, and well-defined
• Lead the preparation, review, and delivery of financial statements for all investment funds
• Act as the primary liaison with the Audit Committee and external auditors
• Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
• Oversee audits and maintain strong relationships with external audit partners
• Oversee the administration of the loan servicing system, including evaluation of functionality and the implementation of upgrades or new systems
• Ensure timely accounting and reporting of all loans and equity investments to internal and external stakeholders
• Support investment teams with accurate financial data to inform lending and investment decisions

• 15+ years' experience in Corporate Accounting
• Additional experience in Fund Accounting and/or Loan Administration
• Significant depth of experience in managing multiple accounting and finance teams
• Proven ability to mentor and develop people to build a high performing finance function
