Vice President Finance

• Lead the entire finance function, including FP&A, General Accounting, Retail Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams
• Direct and facilitate strategic and operational planning processes
• Partner with the President and other heads of function to develop and execute strategies
• Manage relationships with external parties, including banks and legal counsel
• Collaborate closely with regional finance, risk management, and legal teams
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team

• 15+ years of experience in finance within a multinational corporation, preferably in the retail or apparel industry
• Proven ability to manage and lead large, diverse teams
• Expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Japanese GAAP, as well as Japanese tax law
• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to present effectively
• Experience working with sophisticated ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
• A strong track record of success in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
