Job Responsibility

  • Partners with business leaders within CNPF to design, evaluate and advance their strategies, with a strong focus on in-market delivery and implementation
  • Contribute to the CNPF’s overall strategy through thought leadership and creativity
  • Build strong, cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders across MA (e.g., Core Payments, Services, regional leadership and other function groups etc. ) to drive execution
  • Identify, structure, and prioritize cross-functional initiatives (e.g., secular shift opportunities, market-level execution plans, key product priorities, etc.) to generate actionable recommendations
  • Apply strategic and analytical rigor to product and regional strategies, acting as a thought partner
  • Maintain knowledge of the commercial and money movement landscape and market trends to develop innovative solutions and product strategies
  • Share learnings and insights with Divisional Presidents, Country Managers, and other key stakeholders, where relevant
  • Management of cross functional teams to drive outputs and deliverables

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in strategy consulting or developing go-to-market strategies for payments
  • Extensive experience of translating strategies to execution plans, driving end to end execution – particularly in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong understanding of Mastercard's products, services, and key revenue drivers, as well as the larger payment industry
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented with the ability to drive thought leadership in commercial payments & money movement
