Job Description:

As a VP, Strategy you will serve as a part of the agency Extended Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing multiple accounts as well as contributing strategic vision and thought leadership that drives growth for their accounts. They are accountable for the continuously raising the bar on the quality of our strategic deliverables.

Job Responsibility:

  • Influence Agency-wide strategic leadership, delivering valuable thought leadership to multiple clients and internal teams
  • Drives best in class insight, data-informed strategy, and innovative thinking
  • Act as a catalyst to spark curiosity and innovation within the Strategy team and across all lines of business in the client portfolio
  • Build client relationships, identifying new ways to broaden offering, and grow existing relationships and revenue
  • Participate in new business pitches
  • Works collaboratively with senior management, agency partners and peers to successfully contribute to the success of the agency

Requirements:

  • 12-14 years work experience as a leader in marketing, advertising, promotions, media, or digital, CPG and/or retail experience required
  • Knowledge of secondary research data sources
  • ability to navigate and extract baseline insights
  • Creates aesthetically pleasing, impactful presentations
  • Experienced brainstorm and/or workshop facilitator
  • Quickly able to master the agency’s processes and products
  • Demonstrated excellence in strategically planning campaigns to align with clients strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
