Job Responsibility

Lead the origination, structuring and execution efforts of equity-linked and convertible transactions in the US

Work closely with internal teams to develop ideas for clients and drive new business for the equity-linked and broader ECM franchise
Responsible for pitchbook materials, information memoranda, management presentations, and oversee work performed by junior ECM bankers
Hold regular teach-ins on equity-linked products internally
Key involvement in further development of the ECM franchise globally and in the US
