The Vice President of Corporate Development will play a critical leadership role in driving the growth strategy of a private equity-backed AEC platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the growth strategy of a private equity-backed AEC platform
  • Own the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, structuring and executing acquisitions through to closing
