The Vice President, Control Automation Analyst, is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of data-driven control automation initiatives within the USCC Controls Automation team. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to ensure robust risk management, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Represent the USCC Controls Automation team, leading and overseeing complex control-related business projects from conception to implementation
Drive multi-faceted System of Records (SOR) migrations impacting hundreds of jobs, coordinating seamlessly with Technology and Operations partners while providing guidance to team members
Collaborate strategically with AIM partners to ensure successful completion and implementation of control automation projects
Leverage expert-level proficiency in SQL, Advanced SAS, EDW, Big Data, Oracle, and other analytical tools within a UNIX environment to perform sophisticated risk, financial, and data analyses (profiling, sampling, reconciliation, quality testing)
Architect and implement robust infrastructure solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of CyberArk FID architecture and NDM processes, to support a scalable and secure automation environment
Perform in-depth data mining and research into data sources to critically clarify, refine, and translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions
Develop compelling proposals and effectively communicate complex data insights, findings, and strategic recommendations on control automation initiatives to senior management, securing alignment and approvals
Lead and drive discussions in audit reviews and regulatory reporting forums, engaging effectively with Quality Control, Operations, Technology, and Risk partners to gain strategic approvals
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering authoritative guidance and insights
Provide direct leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their technical growth and project execution capabilities as an individual contributor
Requirements:
12 to 15 years in advance SAS
Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Advanced SAS, EDW, Big Data, Oracle, and other analytical tools within a UNIX environment
Deep understanding of CyberArk FID architecture and NDM processes
Flexibility to work in shifts between 1 PM - 12 AM
