Pariveda is seeking a Vice President for our Chicago office. In this role, you will establish and deepen client relationships, drive new business development, expand strategic accounts, lead teams in service delivery, and contribute to the achievement of Pariveda’s mission and objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Generate new client accounts and grow them over time
Nurture and expand existing strategic accounts to achieve established revenue targets
Establish credibility and trust with C-level clients
Lead client engagements from estimation through delivery
Lead business development activities
Diagnose complex technical and business problems
Support company growth by building a strong professional network and contributing to recruitment
Mentor junior colleagues
Actively engage and represent our culture

Requirements:
10+ years of experience leading IT strategy, custom development, business process improvements, project management, and technology services solutions sales and delivery
A strong track record in consultative sales and new client development
A well-established network of clients and professional relationships in the Chicago market
Proven ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with C-level clients
Involvement in local professional networking and civic/community activities
Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex client engagements
Mastery of all phases of the software development life cycle
Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to developing employees
Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
Flexible and adaptable, a servant leader who takes initiative and drives results
Highly professional with a strong work ethic, accountability, and a commitment to exceeding expectations
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
