Job Description:

The role's primary responsibilities will be to lead some large initiatives that benefit both the ACS and SBD groups, working cross-functionally across the broader global I&E team, while also coordinating the activities of the extended I&E team based in Lisbon.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and drive the implementation roadmap for the new Knowledge Management system
  • Responsible for running Knowledge Management infrastructure
  • Manage 3 teams members focusing on developing and running the Knowledge Management ecosystem
  • Work with the central Mastercard AI group and ACS teams to prioritize and coordinate the development of AI use cases
  • Understand and articulate needs for new tools across SBD & ACS
  • Provide input in the development of the systems roadmap
  • Coordinate office level activities for I&E team members based in Lisbon
  • Develop and mentor I&E team members based in Lisbon
  • Represents I&E team members based in Lisbon in the local office management
