As a VP, Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding project management and delivering exceptional results. Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture)
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry
  • Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
