Job Description:

The role is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field, contributes to strategy, and impacts complex deliverables within their area.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate subject matter experts to solicit business requirements
Create and validate the current and future-state processes with business partners, analyze processes to identify business opportunities and areas of improvement
Facilitate communication between stakeholders (Business, IT, Customers, R&C)
Comfortable in an agile environment of rapid iteration
Promotes innovation and thinks outside of the box
Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to comprehend complex technical requirements
Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings and other agile activities
Work closely with development, business, and quality teams to ensure alignment for successful product releases
Supports the project management team in proactively identifying and communicating issues in scope or opportunities for work
Write process/procedures for teams that need assistance
Should be comfortable to work in US time zones if required
Conducts proactive review of Operations related control processes and reporting
Provides Management / Oversight of Corrective Action Plan remediation process
Designs/analyzes complex reports to satisfy management requirements
Develop project requirements (business, system, user)
Implement Key Process Indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
Responsible for volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of data science projects along with short-term planning resource planning

Requirements:

4+ years of BI Testing and Quality Assurance Expertise focused on Web-based enterprise applications
3+ years of hands-on experience with test plan development, functional test automation, performance testing and warehouse data testing
3+ years’ experience SQL/data verification testing
Good Analytical skills
Execution focused
Possess strong verbal, written and visual presentation skills with a deep understanding of the value in storytelling
Excellent communication skills
Good influencing skills
Develops partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
